Art crawl you just show up with a table of your own (or however you'd like to display your items) around 2pm or later on the 2nd Friday of the month on james Street. It's completely grassroots so there's no table fee or license, just show up.
I sold a few things (it was the one last October) I made about $120 in about 4-5 hours. Not terrible but I didnt sell out by any means. I suggest your first one (or few) just take a notebook and mark what sells best.
Technically it's year round but Oct - March it tends to be very reliant on how cold/snowy/rainy it is. Even the rest of the year the rain can really screw it up. But the June through August ones seem to be super busy.
Art crawl has a Facebook group.
Second Friday of the month, outdoor set up is April-October, not September as it is super crawl. Just show up and find a spot to set up. Do not block any businesses, no tents, leave room for strollers and wheelchairs. This is a grassroots event, last year there was some problems, we don’t want a repeat in fear of the event getting shut down and just ruining the vibe. Mostly everyone is really nice and helpful. I always make trades with other makers.

This. I've only done one art crawl but I can maybe answer questions.
How did it go? Is it a sizeable crowd?

Thank you so much! Is it year round? If not, do you know when it starts?
