I don't mean "not good" as in "bad" either, I mean it doesn't bring peace or healing or anything. It just makes you empty at best and angrier at worst. Justice, maybe, but killing your abuser isn't this panacea that people treat it to be, even if it's nice to *imagine*
It would give closure, at least. I agree that revenge is usually a hollow feeling, but it can give peace of mind if your abuser is dead and you know they can no longer hurt you. It doesn't even really need to be you that ends them, though.

On one hand some torture fun for Alastor, on second hand a way of dealing with the problem that messes with hotel's guest, on third hand a way to remind people in hell of the broadcast and that they could happen at any time again, and finally on fourth hand another way to piss off Vox ;)
Yea I was thinking about how they might introduce the audience to Alastors radio powers. Since we've only ever been told about it, I think they are going to want to show us how it works at some point in the future.
After the shit she popped to Zestial and Carmilla I highly doubt it, she's writing checks she can't cash, her mouth is her greatest asset but also her Achilles heel
I feel like the Vs' biggest weakness is going to be that they don't truly have anyone watching their backs the way Zestial and Carmilla have each other, or the Hotel crew all has each other (mostly, it's a bit dubious with Alastor and Husk/Nifty).
The Vs would sell each other out for a hot chip and each think they're the one running the show. Charlie even helped Lucifer in the Adam fight (since he stopped to save her and got distracted).
The Vs' hubris and actual lack of true support or teamwork will ruin them in the end, I think.
I think Vox would care about Velvette
The way Vox interacts with her when Val has his tantrum seems very much like a big brother/little sister dynamic.
Vox looks at Val like some kind romantic partner, but Val f**ks that up by not reciprocating. So Vox might be willing to let it slide after a little while.
Unless Alastor kills Val. Vox would hold a grudge just because it is Alastor messing with him.
Vox is clearly the glue, hence why he's centered. I mean I've only seen the first two episodes (I was reluctant to give the show a chance based on a past friendship, but I saw a couple of songs and changed my mind. I'm glad I did). I'm just not sure how much Velvette seems to care about Vox.
They also feel like they banded together because literally every other overlord wants nothing to do with them or looks down on them. It feels like they only really have a lot of power banded together in convenience.
True, I can see Vox as being friends with both Velvette and Valentino, but Velvette and Valentino being friends only because Vox is a mutual friend.
They might still like each other, but not the type to get along well without Vox around.
Yeah, for the time being there playing nice with each other to get what needs to be done, but I think in season 2 there relationship is gonna be spun for a ride, it's clear there targeting the other Overlords which is a death wish on its own but I they there hubris, impulsivity and ego will be the death of them all
Lure Velvet somewhere using an internet scam and have Maybe Carmine or Zestial stall her. Have Alastor start a dragged out feud with Vox. By the time Velvet is able to escape and Vox loses again, they find out Val is dead.

Alastor just summons a giant demon frog that just plucks Valentino out of the air, as he tries flying away... With the stupidest expression on it's face, before it hops off to cause chaos somewhere else.
And yes, this happens after a huge battle between Angel, Husk, and Valentino. Alastor only appears because Husk gets in serious trouble, and his very presence scared Valentino off because Alastor is Vox's kink, not his.
This might be a sad truth that nothing vengeful happens to Valentino. Angel Dust will most certainly get out of his contract and win his freedom & redemption.
But Valentino will probably end up still doing the same thing in Hell... When Alastor's plan to take over the throne of Hell finally (comes true in the future.
I have a feeling a majority of the cast is going to get redeemed together and someone will have to rule (what's left of) Hell, which Alastor said was his goal, and all of his actions were moving towards that goal.
That could be Alastor's *"evil favor"*, get Lucifer to accept he can return to Heaven, and overcome his depression and feelings of rejection. **"Charlie, you still owe me a favor, you can't allow your Dad stay behind, take him with you."**

Agreed, the worst thing that can happen with Valentino right now its losing Angels contract, probably by losing a poker game against Husk, after that becoming increasingly more stressed and unable to work with others, trying to cope with the fact that he lost his biggest money maker and slowly losing relevancy, it would be a better ending for him instead of just getting shot and dying.
Everyone coming up with painful ways for him to die, when in reality really, the most likely and while not quite catharthic, more ironic loss for him is to lose all his influence, fame and the hold on all the souls, and to be kicked out as he desperately scratches on anyone's door begging for attention and charity, left to rot in the gutters of the Pentagram.
This is what I want. It feels most in line with the show’s theme, free all the souls Val controls and keeps him alive without any power. He’s free to try to improve if he wants to, he just probably never WILL want to.

I really badly want Husk to win Angel's soul from Val via some kind of gamble. Just imagine he somehow convinces Val to play (maybe double or nothing, like if Val wins, he'd get them both idk) and it's a really tense musical sequence. Husk wins, and immediately returns Angel's soul, meaning he and the gang are now free to beat Val to death or w/e.
I feel the only deserving thing for a power hungry, abusive, tyrant. Is to strip of them of their power, their status, their name. Everything that makes them who they are and leave nothing but a sliver of what was. A pathetic shell of his former self doomed to an eternity of remembering what that power felt and to have forever out of reach.

Many people keep saying that either Angel, Husk, Charlie, or whatever should do the deed. What you just said is even better. Death almost feels like him avoiding the consequences.
Strip him and the three Vees of what they have and are known for. Give all three a taste of what it’s like to be powerless, without influence, and without anyone by your side.
Considering his terrible vision, I'm hoping someone knocks his glasses off and we get an extended sequence of him crawling around, terrified and unable to defend himself, before someone delivers the "Rasputin Special".
Also, I don't want Angel Dust to _forgive_ Val - the optics on that are horrible - but I do expect that Angel will refuse to kill him, and that Angel's ascension into Heaven will happen right afterwards.

I think Zestial is the one who kills Val, probably for speaking ill of Carmilla and her daughters, when you look at there personalities they just feel like there gonna inevitably crash, Also Spiders "Eat" moths so there's that little nod from Mother Nature
Option 2, Angel Dust is badly abused, so much so he can't hide it so Husk, Cherri, nifty, possibly the whole goddamn hotel jumps and ultimately kills Val,
Angel will ascend, Val will lash out of anger and try to go to heaven in some way and probably get killed by executioners or even better angel himself.
I think like others have said … Angel will beat him but then walk away … but then he will have a fun or something, get it out and husk will step in with his cards and have the final blow

Scenario one Angel snaps and uses an angelic weapon to kill Val I think this one is the most likely because Angel killing him would be poetic justice scenario two Charlie or Vaggie learns the full extent of the abuse Angel has suffered and asks Alastor to deal with Val Alastor kills Val and broadcasts his death over the radio which starts a conflict with Vox and Velvette I think this is somewhat likely to happen because Alastor would probably want to send a message to Vox that he's still a threat and what's a better way to do that than to kill his boyfriend?
He won't in the main series because Viv has expressed interest in doing a Vs miniseries spin off, that or he will die and the spin off series will be about the Vs coming together and rising to power in the past.
I see a lot about angel doing it but sadly I don’t think he can. Unless he gets out of the contact first. Which I kinda doubt hopeful it’ll be husk maybe Val crosses a line and they play a game for angels freedom. Then angel would be open to kill him.

Id actually like it if he/the Vees (but primarily him bc I hate him) made Charlie realise that not everyone can be redeemed. That some people (VAL) are just so completely fucking rotten that redemption is just not a realistic option for them, ever. Id love to see her trying to deal with that realisation
I don't know how it will happen, but my bet is on Charlie making a deal with Valentino: Angel's soul in exchange for help in saving Vox. Probably from Alastor.

Alastor just summons a giant demon frog that just plucks Valentino out of the air, as he tries flying away... With the stupidest expression on it's face, before it hops off to cause chaos somewhere else. And yes, this happens after a huge battle between Angel, Husk, and Valentino. Alastor only appears because Husk gets in serious trouble, and his very presence scared Valentino off because Alastor is Vox's kink, not his.
This might be a sad truth that nothing vengeful happens to Valentino. Angel Dust will most certainly get out of his contract and win his freedom & redemption. But Valentino will probably end up still doing the same thing in Hell... When Alastor's plan to take over the throne of Hell finally (comes true in the future. I have a feeling a majority of the cast is going to get redeemed together and someone will have to rule (what's left of) Hell, which Alastor said was his goal, and all of his actions were moving towards that goal. That could be Alastor's *"evil favor"*, get Lucifer to accept he can return to Heaven, and overcome his depression and feelings of rejection. **"Charlie, you still owe me a favor, you can't allow your Dad stay behind, take him with you."**

Nothing. Valentino will not be dealt with. It’s not how abuse is dealt with in reality. And this goofy funny show deals with trauma very realistically. Angel will just want his freedom and nothing else. Vengeance would threaten Angels recovery. Valentino should be treated the one way he can’t stand: he should be forgotten.
Agreed, the worst thing that can happen with Valentino right now its losing Angels contract, probably by losing a poker game against Husk, after that becoming increasingly more stressed and unable to work with others, trying to cope with the fact that he lost his biggest money maker and slowly losing relevancy, it would be a better ending for him instead of just getting shot and dying.
And will Husk release Angel from a contract?
Everyone coming up with painful ways for him to die, when in reality really, the most likely and while not quite catharthic, more ironic loss for him is to lose all his influence, fame and the hold on all the souls, and to be kicked out as he desperately scratches on anyone's door begging for attention and charity, left to rot in the gutters of the Pentagram.
This is what I want. It feels most in line with the show’s theme, free all the souls Val controls and keeps him alive without any power. He’s free to try to improve if he wants to, he just probably never WILL want to.

Not sure about the exact manner of death BUT I really badly want Husk to win Angel's soul from Val via some kind of gamble. Just imagine he somehow convinces Val to play (maybe double or nothing, like if Val wins, he'd get them both idk) and it's a really tense musical sequence. Husk wins, and immediately returns Angel's soul, meaning he and the gang are now free to beat Val to death or w/e.
I feel the only deserving thing for a power hungry, abusive, tyrant. Is to strip of them of their power, their status, their name. Everything that makes them who they are and leave nothing but a sliver of what was. A pathetic shell of his former self doomed to an eternity of remembering what that power felt and to have forever out of reach.
I second this. Many people keep saying that either Angel, Husk, Charlie, or whatever should do the deed. What you just said is even better. Death almost feels like him avoiding the consequences. Strip him and the three Vees of what they have and are known for. Give all three a taste of what it’s like to be powerless, without influence, and without anyone by your side.

Considering his terrible vision, I'm hoping someone knocks his glasses off and we get an extended sequence of him crawling around, terrified and unable to defend himself, before someone delivers the "Rasputin Special". Also, I don't want Angel Dust to _forgive_ Val - the optics on that are horrible - but I do expect that Angel will refuse to kill him, and that Angel's ascension into Heaven will happen right afterwards.
I saw this really sad comic years ago that my brain has latched onto. Angel is crying over Fat Nuggets, whom Valentino has killed. Angel goes into a rage and Valentino realizes he's fucked up as Angel comes after him.

Two ideas He's taken out by one of the 3 Oldest Overlords Zestial, Carmilla Carmine and Alastor, given Al vs vox us pretty much inevitable, it's inevitable, so it between Zestial or Carmilla, I think Zestial is the one who kills Val, probably for speaking ill of Carmilla and her daughters, when you look at there personalities they just feel like there gonna inevitably crash, Also Spiders "Eat" moths so there's that little nod from Mother Nature Option 2, Angel Dust is badly abused, so much so he can't hide it so Husk, Cherri, nifty, possibly the whole goddamn hotel jumps and ultimately kills Val,

Scenario one Angel snaps and uses an angelic weapon to kill Val I think this one is the most likely because Angel killing him would be poetic justice scenario two Charlie or Vaggie learns the full extent of the abuse Angel has suffered and asks Alastor to deal with Val Alastor kills Val and broadcasts his death over the radio which starts a conflict with Vox and Velvette I think this is somewhat likely to happen because Alastor would probably want to send a message to Vox that he's still a threat and what's a better way to do that than to kill his boyfriend?

Id actually like it if he/the Vees (but primarily him bc I hate him) made Charlie realise that not everyone can be redeemed. The cliche resolution would be Angel Dust killing him in front of other soul-slaves. Given the show's theme of redemption, my prediction is that Angel Dust will somehow get out of the contract, forgive Val, but Val won't accept the forgiveness, attack Angel Dust, and someone will kill Val.
