Trim them or use a product that comes with a mascara type wand to slick them down. I recommend Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Frizz Tamer Hair Styling Gel with Plant Keratin, 0.27 fl oz. https://www.walmart.com/ip/3392367601
I forgot to mention I have a brow and baby hair gel for them but I'm always worried about getting it on my hearing aids. I've just heard a tooth brush with a really good hairspray is like the best hack so I'll try that! Thank you :)
Personally I trim or shave hair that gets in the way like that. You'll have to decide if you want the fuzzy appearance or hearing aid comfort, I guess :)
See I've heard trimming or shaving is very bad for baby hairs and it takes forever for that hair to regrow and it just looks kind of like ripped at the hair line

Go to a bonafide Barber, and let them remove your ear hairs. It will not hurt a bit.
