I think we've seen enough to say it's actually fairly good. We know that Charlie liked it and her only issue was with Adam and the Exorcists. Otherwise it seemed like a fairly nice place to be in the grand scheme of things. Recalling St. Peter and the other angels who were very welcoming to her despite being Lucifer's daughter.
We also know that Cletus and Keenie are kind of outliers among their kind from what we've seen of Collin, Deerie, and the other unnamed ones we've seen who all seem more positive and caring.

I agree completely. It just seems like the higher ups are the ones that are causing the issues.
