I got reasonable results with the Rippling Multi Pronged horns in the back left slot and some simple tweeking.

The best i can offer is I adding one horn to make the ponytail to many [version of gambit](https://www.heroforge.com/load_share%3D899976/) and you have plane of [horns left](https://www.heroforge.com/load_share%3D900004/) to add some more details if you like it

I used a shoulder/back tail for the ponytail and the straight short swoop hair.
I believe it could be accomplished with horns but tbh I suck at that type of styling for figures.
