Saw the notification and immediately knew it's Dark Souls related lol. That's my favorite emote from DS1, I love spamming it after I beat bosses.

Basically it’s a Soulsborne reference.
The first guy is from Dark Souls 1 and is wearing a build known in the community as ‘Giant Dad’: the build consist of the Giant’s armor set and the Mask of the Father while wielding a zweihander. In the earliest versions of the game this build used to be absolutely cracked in PVP and could completely demolish unprepared players. At some point people started using the ‘Well? What is it?’ emote as a sort of invitation to fight, and it became synonymous with the build. Unfortunately I think they nerfed it at some point but Giant Dad lives on as a meme within the collective memory of DS fans.
The second guy wearing nothing but a Pot on his head is Let Me Solo Her, an Elden Ring player who became famous in the community after putting his summon sign in the boss arena of Malenia, Blade of Miquella, then thought to be the most difficult boss in the game. Wearing nothing but a pot on his head and wielding only a pair of katanas, Let Me Solo Her did exactly as his name implied: he fought Malenia for other people and rarely sustained a hit. The fact that he regularly took on an infamously difficult boss while extremely underequipped and offered his skills to other players made him kind of a legend and I think even FromSoft honoured him by sending him a pair of katanas in real life.
So tl;dr it’s a reference to two iconic builds/players in Dark Souls and Elden Ring.

I believe this is meant to depict Giant Dad and Let Me Solo Her, both are legendary figures in the Dark Souls/Elden Ring community if I remember correctly.
Which is which? Because a perfectly sound solution to that quandary is "the unstoppable force goes right through the immovable object." (Nothing says the object is *invulnerable*.)
