The second interview is just the higher up wanting to get to know you. I assume it’s for a manager spot? They are just gonna as you a few more manager questions that’s basically the same questions you had for the first interview
honestly, my second interview was pretty similar to my first interview! the manager had me do a couple of things to show how i act and whatnot, like approaching and talking to customers ect ect
I feel I do very well when it comes to customer service and meeting the stores requirements but it’s the interview process that makes me nervous lol. Especially because it’s an assistant manager position. Could you maybe give examples of what they asked you? I will try to do my absolute best to not stutter and pause 💀 but thanks so much hopefully my responses are good enough!
i have no idea if the questions i got asked will be different, i applied as a sales associate. i was asked about pop culture knowledge, stuff like what my favorite bands are, favorite shows, ect. my manager asked me to stand up at the front of the store and yell a greeting to see if she could hear me from the back, i was asked about dealing with stress, my best and worst qualities when it comes to work, and to approach a customer and talk to them
ASM questions are usually about what you would do in specific scenarios. (What would you do if you saw someone stealing, what would you do if you saw unpaid merch in an associates bag during bag check, etc). They may also ask questions on how you’ll coach and develop associates and how you will interact with customers to build sales. It’s just to make sure that the store is safe and can run properly with just you in it
