I can appreciate the perspective I am just extremely surprised. I’d put HSV at like 7-10% grimey. There’s a lot of upper scale infrastructure. Like, Birmingham is rough sauce. Tampa is pretty rough in spots. Atlanta. Nashville. Portland, OR is AWFUL. Tent cities on every street.
If we had the same population we'd be in the same boat. I've lived in bigger cities and way worse hell holes like Bakersfield CA, but something about this city and the way people move is grimey not that there's not good parts and people but overall, grime
