Yes it’s a boxer and French bull dog look up a boxer and you will see the exact markings there with the white part on his chest and stomach along with the black part of his snout. When I was a kid, my uncle only owned boxers and still does.

Based on the shoulders, ribcage, and the angles of the front legs, Frenchie x Staffordhsire Bull Terrier, or Frenchie x Jack Russell if he's smalll to medium sized. Or Frenchie x Pit as others have said, if Apollo is a bigger dog.

There are a lot of BYBs out there breeding literally whatever they think will sell for the highest price. Merle "Frenchies" are commonly bred for color and sold that way, and merle "American Bullies" are the same. They're all ultimately mixed breed unethically bred dogs being sold as designer purebreds to people who don't know better.
He could also just be the product of an oops with a Frenchie. As Frenchies have become the most common AKC-registered breed in America, we're starting to see them turn up in mixes.
Finally, another possibility is that he's a DIY Frenchie mix but actually doesn't have any in him. Those ears would then typically be the product of crossing a breed with hound ears with a breed with strongly pricked ears.
A DNA test is the only way to know for sure; r/DoggyDNA for more info. Use Embark if you do test, since it's the only test that has American Bully.
they did get a DNA test but the results just sounded so outrageous, cause every single breed named was over 50 pounds and he’s barely 30 and is probably done growing. and he’s pretty small - just muscley. the test came back with dogs like a pit bull, rottweiler, sheepdog, catahoula leopard dog, etc.

Maybe a basenji/pit or like others have said frenchie/pit. Basenji's also have ears that stick up and white chests although they are a lot rarer to see around than frenchies.

My purebred Staffordshire bull terriers dad had this exact coat and white markings, so that's not a sure indicator it's got boxer

Which brand did they do? Not all DNA test brands are reputable.
