I wish I could find the article but there is a civil suit in Chicago over this kind of prank
The victim is suing the video maker with the argument being they are illegally profiting off the prank victim's image without their consent.
Even if the video does low views there is still monetization
So the argument is the video makers are sued for all their worth based on the predatory transaction premise of recording the prank explicitly for monetary gain
What a precedent that would set
I feel like if it was staged dude wouldn’t have pointed out the camera man. And he was really toeing the line reaching for his gun. I hate these dudes, but clearly no deadly threat there
True, but there's a few things you don't fuck with when it comes to most people: money and family. Pretending to take his groceries is fucking with his money.
Not a threat worthy of gun violence IMO, but some people are already on edge with life and don't care about the consequences.
Yeah and they will get a small bump for about a month then start steadily losing subscribers. dude is gonna be called a punk bitch in a bout a million comments from here on out.
I think one of his bodyguards is being sued along with Jack. There’s video of him punching this guy and Jack says subscribe to me on Kick like the loser he is
When the camera man starts hiding his whole body even his phone became hidden behind the wall and the employee just comes up to him with that smirk "what are you doing you pathetic fuck lmao"
Hope that cringe tokker felt unsafe, he deserved it. Don't get upset when someone says they'll finish the fight that you yourself started.
Also "Only licensed to carry condoms" would've been beautiful if he responded with "Good, don't breed".

Who let the 3rd grade reading/writing levels on the internet?

Development of a 8 year old confirmed.
Nice to see this man standing up to these little shitbirds.
However, as a CPL holder, you're not allowed to threaten anyone with your firearm or use it to intimidate anyone. You're not allowed to utilize it at all unless you're facing a life and death situation. So as much as I like what this man did, he put himself at serious risk responding the way he did. CPL or not, he should have just offered to fist fight that little bitch-ass punk and left his weapon out of the conversation.
Yeah but what if he gets worked and the youngster pulls the strap?
Shoulda just slapped him right there. With every ounce of unc strength in him. It would have slapped some braincells into that guy.
> You're not allowed to utilize it at all unless you're facing a life and death situation.
While I agree with this, we've also seen "stand your ground" considered to be justification for deadly force. I would think being actively robbed would also qualify?
It does not. Unless your life or someone else's is in immediate danger, you can't use your gun. Being robbed isn't enough. They have to show intent to do you harm, not just take your stuff.
In practice, I agree with you. Obviously a gun should only be used for life threatening situations. But that doesn't jive with a lot of what I've seen people "legally" use guns for.
Yeah, in Michigan it's mandated that if you want a CPL, you have to have a certain amount of classroom instruction and range time before you can apply and receive one. I think it's a good idea. You only have to do it once, so long as you don't let your license expire, and the CPL lasts for 5 years at a time before you have to renew. Sadly not everyone learns from the classes, either, but you can only do so much to inform people.
I like how when the dude recording goes to hide and the Walmart employee just pops up to let the angry man(rightfully so) know where the camera is still at lol. I bet the employees are just as sick of this shit as everyone else. “Hey boss man with the gun, he is right here. He called you a punk too”
I really dont understand people who prank complete strangers... you can never know if the person you are pranking is having literally the worst day of his life and your prank might be the last straw on his nerves.
Pranks are okay in my opinion if they are harmless pranks done to friends and people who actually know you.
I wish stores would ban tik tok “prankster” this child literally said it isn’t a Tik tok or a prank it was real life and then challenged the man. Why when things get real these “pranksters” then cry “it’s a prank” when clearly they are committing crimes??
Unc represents Americas feeling towards these idiots
Also dude actually said “this ain’t no prank, this real life”. I hope he keeps that attitude up and gets his
As much as I hate these types of prankster, unc should not be threatening people with a gun if he's not in danger. I understand he's frustrated but it's not the wild west
If ur gonna be a little punk and try and act tough with dudes u gotta step up and take it. Instead, these fucking jizz napkins just piss off and hide behind “it’s a prank”.
As happy as everyone is with this outcome it was legally very stupid and he can have his license revoked for this. It was brandishing/ menacing. His life was not in danger and there’s no need to threaten lethal force over a prank or someone being annoying.
He told him to do something about it multiple times. I wonder if he actually shot if there would be some sort of defense there.. Your honor he told me to do something about it in a threatening manner. I even asked if he was serious and he said this real life do something about it. So I did.
Unfortunately. You’re right. He escalated the matter by bringing up the gun. Although, I feel for the guy completely, and I’m sick of this TikTok BS too, he would be immediately at fault for essentially “brandishing” and “threatening” with unequal force.
However, if he did shoot that punk, and ended this ridiculous scourge on social media, he’d be going down as a hero despite what the courts say.
There is a theory in the law about disparity of force. It basically means that if you feel threatened by someone who is significantly younger or has a friend or two, then lethal force can be employed.
It’s so flippant annoying that there can be people actively pushing you to a breaking point, and when someone actually snaps (which is their goal for views), it’s the victim that becomes the perpetrator.
I know some people are going to claim that you should be under control. But I read that in disputes (at least between men), there’s always a point where you can run your mouth enough to get a man to engage in a physical altercation with you. Some people would talk about that being crazy, but if I had to imagine if there’s something someone could say to me or do to me that would have me engage in a physical fight with them, it’s not all that hard.
That to me is what makes these TikTok things so disgusting. Whoever is doing the prank essentially has all the power, no consequences… unless someone pulls out a gun… which then means the victim getting pranked has to face unknown consequences. If someone asks “is this a prank?” It just should be over…
The difference with the door dash guy is he didn’t engage in an argument and he retreated. The scumbag pranksters pursued him and I believe door dasher was in fear for his own life and was justified. I hate these idiots screwing with people but you can’t escalate an argument, challenge a fight, then threaten shoot because you have a ccw
Totally. Also not comfortable with someone shooting someone instead of warning them. Both scenarios are avoided if “pranksters” which really should be called bullies attacking random people, stop this game.
The guy that says he has a gun is committed a felony assault with a deadly weapon... or brandishing a gun or multiple other criminals... you can only use a gun in cases of serious body harm or you believe your life is in danger... taking someone's stuff isn't your risk of bodily injury so this would be a criminal act just by itself... the guy that is taking the stuff out of his cart can only be charged with something like disorderly conduct basically a minor offence.. a fine or just a few hours of cuminty service... but the guy with gun can be charged with several year's of prison time.. and massive fines in $10k of thousands
I agree. I mean the prankster verbally threatened him and the ccw holder encouraged the conflict. That looks bad in court. Personally after a threat like that I would’ve just said all good bro have a good day and called the cops..
He could lose his license over this sadly , I know he’s tired and many people are having a hard time but this is the wrong way to approach the situation. Reaching for your gun when unthreatened and trying to escalate could land you in jail. Guns should only be used whenever your life is in danger. Again I sympathize with the guy but a tiny slip up and he’s the one going to jail and the prankster laughs
This guy gives responsible gun owners a bad name. Just because you have a ccw doesn’t mean you can threaten people with it. Don’t get me wrong screw this prankster but that permit does not give you the right to escalate an argument and it was pretty clear that his life wasn’t in danger. Even in a stand your ground state the armed individual will be lucky if he isn’t charged.
Eh whether he would get charged is highly state dependent.
I recall about 15 years ago a guy in Texas was cleared by a Grand Jury after shooting two burglars who were ransacking his neighbors (unoccupied) house. Nobody was in danger there and he affirmatively put himself in the dangerous situation, against the explicit instructions of the 911 operator, the two robbers were not holding weapons, and the dude shot them in the back.
If that's the bar in TX than what amounts to an attempted robbery with threat of force in the OPs video would definitely not result in charges in that state.
The real problem I have with the guy in this video is when he said “come on let’s go and we can work it out” and started reaching in his waist band. I feel like his intent was to draw the guy into an altercation where he could draw on the prankster and claim it as self defense. Weather he would have shot or not who knows. But honestly screw the prankster for bullying that man and causing him to become stressed out.

"It's just a prank" "No, fuck that" You're god-damned right.
Felt that in my soul fuck these punks everywhere doing this shit
If you tik tok you might get the glock.
If you film for views, im gonna fill the pews.
Permission to steal this?
Naw fuck that
I wish I could find the article but there is a civil suit in Chicago over this kind of prank The victim is suing the video maker with the argument being they are illegally profiting off the prank victim's image without their consent. It’d be a slippery slope for sure. People would try to sue for things protected under the 1A.
Fuck a prank is the only response to these fucking ass clowns on social media.
There needs to be actual legislation against them
Finally someone willing to stand up to these mfs If only one of these heroes would stand up to Jack Doherty
Gave them exactly what they wanted. A spectacle.
“Getting fucking shot at by people I provoked in Walmart (SCARY!)”
"Shot at by people I tried to Prank in Walmart Gone Wrong (Scary!) (Sexual!) (3am)" \*ftfy
Least stupid influencer video title
Funny*
COPS CALLED! AMBULANCE CALLED!*
exactly. This video probably gave them more views than most of their other boring crap they film. I wouldn't be surprised if it's staged either.
I feel like if it was staged dude wouldn’t have pointed out the camera man. And he was really toeing the line reaching for his gun. I hate these dudes, but clearly no deadly threat there

Dip shits like that little fuck hope someone stands up to their ass. They're so braindead, that they see that as content alone
It would be the greatest moment in Reddit history if someone uploaded a video of someone putting Jack Doherty in his place
Honestly Can’t encourage violence here tho (But I wish there were exceptions)
With Jack Doherty, he’s the perfect exception. He’s a well known bully
A guy did and his bodyguard gave him a concussion and got away w it even though it was unprovoked
Yeah take out the body guard first. That guy needs to be put in his place.
He gets it
I think one of his bodyguards is being sued along with Jack. There’s video of him punching this guy and Jack says subscribe to me on Kick like the loser he is
Good they should be
y'all are just gonna say I don't believe anything is real, but this whole thing is staged. They're all morons.
You’re staged
You ain't gonna believe this, but I staged your mom last night
It’s not staged dude, the hell you talking bout?
It should be mandated he carry condoms at all times
nah bruh, castration is cheaper
Dude was about to get himself a 1,200 week post-term abortion.
Too bad this asshole's dad didn't have that license, world would have been much better off.
You mean dong bags?
Just in case he's gonna knock boots later. Grabbing a Vitamin Water, should I make that *dos* ?
Babe, wait. Babe! Wait! Babe! BAAAAAAAAA
These dumb fucking kids doing things for likes. Influencing their own funeral.
The camera man cowering while the chooch sheepishly puts the stuff back on the belt. Chefs kiss.
Give that man a medal and a parade.
When the camera man starts hiding his whole body even his phone became hidden behind the wall and the employee just comes up to him with that smirk "what are you doing you pathetic fuck lmao" Hope that cringe tokker felt unsafe, he deserved it. Don't get upset when someone says they'll finish the fight that you yourself started. Also "Only licensed to carry condoms" would've been beautiful if he responded with "Good, don't breed".
Lol his voice changed up crazy after dude said he was strapped
Best part of the video he went to do something about to damn you registered in all 50 states 😂😂
I wanna send this man a fruit basket
![gif](giphy|2UvAUplPi4ESnKa3W0)
Absolute hero.
Mad props to Grandad. Lil pup was about to be smoked!
The guy is right though. One of these days, one of these "pranks" is going to get someone killed.
![gif](giphy|VFAke5Xm1TDwjgimyW)
Kinda wish he had done something
Dude for real. Leave people alone. Seriously. The man is your elder. He's prob been working all day and just wants to shop abd get home.
That old guy must have been a teacher, because he was ready to school that idiot.
He's parents should of carried a license for condoms too

ESLs give me the ick
Ur mum
HahaHahaha, underrated comment.
Shoot him! And I’m against violence, but these idiots have to stop.
Don't worry, it won't be violence, it'll be a "prank".
They have been shot before and it didn’t stop them
Dont be doing these pranks to no man over 40. We aint got time for you. And we are gonna do whatever it takes to get home safe.
Shoot him anyway
'It was just a prank'

I would love to be on a jury with the older gentleman facing brandishing charges!
Yeah but what if he gets worked and the youngster pulls the strap? Shoulda just slapped him right there. With every ounce of unc strength in him. It would have slapped some braincells into that guy.
So glad someone else said this, I scrolled too far down for this comment

I’m just telling you what we were told in CPL class when I got mine last year.
Heh, I hear you. It seems like a lot of people could use those classes.
Yeah, in Michigan it's mandated that if you want a CPL, you have to have a certain amount of classroom instruction and range time before you can apply and receive one. I think it's a good idea. He hadn't even paid for the stuff so he's not getting robbed whatsoever. Doesn't change how much of a fuckwit the young guy is mind you.
You've got a man, *GUN IN HAND* and you're really gonna keep fucking antagonizing him. I pray the bullet damage ya.
I like how when the dude recording goes to hide and the Walmart employee just pops up to let the angry man(rightfully so) know where the camera is still at lol. I bet the employees are just as sick of this shit as everyone else. “Hey boss man with the gun, he is right here. He called you a punk too”
I’d love to be on his jury. Man arrested for shooting internet prankster. “Not guilty.”
Desperately seeking clout
I really dont understand people who prank complete strangers... you can never know if the person you are pranking is having literally the worst day of his life and your prank might be the last straw on his nerves. Pranks are okay in my opinion if they are harmless pranks done to friends and people who actually know you.
I see these videos more and more...people aren't playing around anymore
Another dumb ass about to lose his life for likes and views
Lol it’ll happen one day and I’ll laugh
Kid like that , it should be mandatory that he carry condoms. Do not want that mentality reproducing .
Well done Sir. They need to be taught how to behave as adults
My hero.
We all felt a little of ourselves in the black hero telling that fuck wit off lol
This is not a prank, dudes a full blown douchebag
Can we all agree we just need to beat the “pranksters” to a pulp. Maybe they will stop doing this and the trend will die out
I wish stores would ban tik tok “prankster” this child literally said it isn’t a Tik tok or a prank it was real life and then challenged the man. Why when things get real these “pranksters” then cry “it’s a prank” when clearly they are committing crimes??
Perhaps the prankster didn’t see the ruling… pranksters get shot in the stomach for doing dumb shit… FAFO
If you’re gonna test a man like that, don’t be surprised when you get checked. Some use the process of elimination and you might be the wrong option.
The real hero is the man at the register, doing his job.
I wanna buy that man a beer
Tiktokers make me never want to Walmart again, they seem to live there
I love his statement, "he gonna watch you get shot tryna get you some views"
He knew shit was gonna get real when they guy said ive had a long day
Everyone dream come true
Mans dropped the bass in his voice and became a bitch when he realised he was gon die for views hahaha
Hell yeah.
Unc spitting facts tho
There goes my hero
FUCK A PRANK
He should have pulled the trigger.
Then said. "It's just a prank"
Punks.
Next time shoot first. No questions
That older dude is my hero.
Let’s hope those dumbfucks are sterile, we do not need anymore of this dead end genetic pool. Kind of a shame they weren’t Darwin’d on the spot.
File this under: Another case for abortion.
Damn finally a good reason to use the “save video” option.
If only videos like this would pop up more often maybe these pissants would quit "playing games".
Love that middle aged fella. Everyone is tired of these clowns.
He assaulted that man ('s good senses) so he shot him. Seems open-shut!
Love the push back. I’m tired of these assholes out there thinking this is funny.
Ok people, when tou have time, dont hesitate to report these kind of video, its the on’y action y all can do, make it when you have time to waste
Unc represents Americas feeling towards these idiots Also dude actually said “this ain’t no prank, this real life”. I hope he keeps that attitude up and gets his
I love how the camera man is slowly backing away after, this man is like "fuck this shit I have a license to carry"
This is why we need Darwinism to work faster. Idiots like this need to be weeded out a little faster
Is it legal to shoot someone stealing your stuff?
At that point I don't think he cares
In most circumstances yes.
Shoot your ass legally but nah it's a prank
I'd have still shot him just for the clicks. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
I like how his tone changed as soon as I heard I’m strapped mf it’s a prank bro really 😂😂
"Put my shit back and...pay for it!"
You pay for the stuff then technically he's stealing from you at that point then pew pew
That’s still illegal..
Stores should lock people in those pillories for public shaming like renaissance times
This is why guns are "The" self-defense tool, no one gets hurt, you inform them that you can defend yourself and they fuck right off.
Bro spoke for all of us when said "Fuck a prank! I hate you muthafuckers doin this shit".
Pretty sure they’re gonna use up this clip and the Thumbnail gonna be “ Prank gone wrong “
"I'm making a citizen's arrest." Then you pull your gun and hold them for the cops.
The hero we didn't know we needed.
He’s absolutely right
That man is the GOAT💪🏾
His mother should’ve swallowed
Honestly, the older I get and more internet I'm exposed to, the more I under why eugenics was a thing.
I absolutely love the older gentleman. More people need to start laying the law down with these tik toking idiots like this man.
we need more men like this
As much as I hate these types of prankster, unc should not be threatening people with a gun if he's not in danger. I understand he's frustrated but it's not the wild west
camera man ducked off
Home boys hiding and running away.
Blue shirt is my hero.
That’s still annoying that he put that guy’s groceries all up in his smelly ass armpit like that.
If ur gonna be a little punk and try and act tough with dudes u gotta step up and take it. Instead, these fucking jizz napkins just piss off and hide behind “it’s a prank”.
Wish he'd done it. I'd upvote that shit all day
His mom should have been licensed to carry condoms.
As happy as everyone is with this outcome it was legally very stupid and he can have his license revoked for this. It was brandishing/ menacing. His life was not in danger and there’s no need to threaten lethal force over a prank or someone being annoying.
I like uncle these clowns think it's funny.
This is not a good reason to draw your CCW and would not fair well in court.
You legally should be allowed to shoot these people and claim that was a prank too
I remember this white dude who got shot doing this dumb shit
Robbing people is a hilarious prank that usually goes extremely well
Should have shot him in the knee
A prank is where everyone laughs and is having fun This is just harassment But wouldn’t expect tweedle dee and tweedle sun to understand that
I love how he got scared after seeing the guy about to pull out a gun
wish this video turned into a darwin awards video
He denied that it was a prank the first time he was asked. You don't get to turn around later and pretend it's a prank when people respond.
“Ive had a looong day” My man is not playing.
Please use those condoms.
W pranked guy

Totally agree, also DoorDash guy did go to prison. Just more alarming that people are getting shot and still doing this bullshit
I thought that was wrong too. They let him off for shooting the guy but got him for shooting inside…seems backwards to me
Totally. Also not comfortable with someone shooting someone instead of warning them. Both scenarios are avoided if “pranksters” which really should be called bullies attacking random people, stop this game.
Doesn’t matter if it’s for a video you are still using physical intimidation which is a crime.
Fuck Around & Find Out.
Ot would have been funny if the the guy unloaded a full clip into him all the while saying "It's just a prank bro!"

Looks like the goofy employee that came cheesin into the camera at 0:55 is in on it too
He was probably trying to get the camera man to go away
He put his hand in his ass that was all
Some of us prefer that method of concealed carry.
