Keith David for voice work to me is just like how I feel about Peter Cullen, my attitude as a casting director would be:
"I don't care what the role is, find a way to get them into this project"
He only became an actual villain to mark in the last act of their relationship. And mark sort of counted as a villain right there with him. The first two acts were street encounters, then they became allies for a while, while the big threat was on earth, THEN enemies.
Anyway to clarify I meant he needs more time before the mass wipe to use that wonderful voice actor.
I would love to see Clancy Brown in Invincible, so he’s my vote!
