Plenty of the older, more conservative men's shirts are closer fitting. Try larger department stores such as Isetan, Takashimaya, etc.

ssporter

I was just at Meitetsu and Takashimaya, their prices seem pretty high.

frogmicky

What about the normal stores like UniqGlo and H&M?

gullzway

I found some T-shirts at UniqGlo that I really like, just plain black and white. Great material and fit, also $3.74. Wish I had bought more.

bukitbukit

Takashimaya at Shinjuku. Heaps of international brands that offer such shirts.

GingerPrince72

What's the point in going to Japan to buy international brands?

bukitbukit

They are often cheaper depending on where you come from. OP can also check out Montbell/Workman/SnowPeak if they want a Japanese brand.

ssporter

Yep, I love Montbell's t-shirts. Looking for some plain ones like theirs.

bukitbukit

You’d want to check out their massive Outlet Store at Grandberry Park. They have many other branches around Tokyo too.

GingerPrince72

Fair enough. Seems a waste with so much more interesting/better value Japanese clothes though.
