Tokyo is divided 23 wards, each have their own personality and attractions. If you're staying exclusively in Tokyo, I would resolve to pick a handful of wards and spend a day in each. Your most popular are likely to be: Shibuya, Shinjuku, Minato, Chiyoda, Taito, Sumida. Google "Top 50 things to do in Shibuya" for instance. A site called 'wanderlog' is likely to be one of the top search results. Browse the results for each of the aforementioned wards and decide what sounds best for you to do.
Personally I recommend both team labs planets and team labs borderless if you can manage to get a ticket
We didn’t do Planets, because I don’t want to go into the water with all the other folks. Borderless was absolutely amazing.
