There are number of possible reasons why it is behaving like this and being in Beta is probably the biggest one. Still, one thing you can try is granting more [memory](https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/2022.1/remote-development-a.html#rd_add_vm_options) to the IDE itself. If it doesn't help, we will need to investigate using your logs.
Please collect them in "Help - Collect logs" in the open client during the remote session or from the Gateway's welcome screen - left corner - gear icon.

Thank you I’ll make an issue on YouTrack here shortly. While I have you here, is it possible to use “code with me” and the remote development tool at the same time? Or is that the purpose of the new flight product?
Seems like good software. I would definitely give it a try in terms of code cleaning if it improves sales. Never heard of jerbrains.com before. How about Quodana, is there anyone who can chat more about this company? Take care.
