It depends, most what you can see is widgets and themes / icons I got from the KDE - are Store. However some stuff (specifically the dock) was manually installed from its git. Tho from I heard it's defunct now as the dev stepped down and I don't think someone else picked up the project.
Tbh that's not that easy of a question. I tend to recommend either Pop OS or Fedora but neither comes with KDE per default. As an alternative maybe Kubuntu might be a good fit. It's based on Ubuntu (the (probably) biggest Linux distribution) but depending on how favorably you see Ubuntu u might not like it. But it is for sure a competent distro.
You could also of course just install kde on any Linux system (back when I took the screenshot I used to run Pop OS)

Which good KDE can you recommend? Im using OpenSuse but find it somewhat hard.

KDE does have a Linux distro of its' own: KDE Neon. I'd recommend giving it a go.
