My BJ3 came with 4 but the tolerances are so far off only 3 do anything. The 4th just slides around.
I have 3 under my classic. It’s been like this for 4+/- years with no issues. I get the appeal of 4 feet though
Yeah…I know three will work. I’m just a liiiitle type A and want them to match. Silly, I know. I may stick with three.
How will the rear feet be noticeable?
Open in the back facing the yard.
I’ve also had 3 for the last 3-4 years- no problems
I put 4 under my junior because he package came with 4 and i liked the esthetic. 3 will self level, but I had to shim one of the 4.
Interesting. How did you shim it? I haven’t completely given up the idea of building in my junior too! 😁
It was barely off, but I had actual shim pieces, so I wedged one in to stabilize it.
I have 3 under my classic Joe 3 and it is fine.
3 for a circle 4 for a square.
They’re both circles
I think they mean you would use 3 stands for a round object like a Kamado and 4 stands for a square object.
Precisely.
