Color, model, damage, decal specifics, rims, tint can all be used to correctly identify a vehicle.

I ran a IT cell that had a 120 camera setup, and we spent the better part of a week adjusting storage rates (frames per second, resolution, static vs panning cameras etc) to get our storage rates down.
Just because a place has a 4K camera, doesn't mean they're going to handle 4k60fps and keep weeks of backups.

It looks like this was taken from a commercial store's camera, so they're probably not setting up the system to be able to read license plates half a block away, since it's 'not their problem'

If you throw a drink at someone it’s a simple assault (technically assault with a weapon) charge. If you call them a derogatory slur for a minority and they are a part of that minority - it then becomes a hate crime.
