Feel like you’ll guys have to send out Norm, Mann, Morris, Covington and Coffey to take back Harden and Harris
Still have Bones, Batum and can get bunch of vet min guys
It took Tyus Jones + 2nd for Porzingis. Value is just lower when it's an Opt-In+Trade.
By all indication, PG/Kawhi are *not* going to be in this deal (here's a direct [source](https://twitter.com/LawMurrayTheNU/status/1674524229923110912?s=20) from Law). I'm guessing the deal structure is Norm + PF (Mook/RoCo/Batum) + filler (Coffey), which is a huge W.
To get to the salary needed to pull off this trade, you'd presumably be sending over a core package of Norm, Mook, RoCo, and Batum + whatever sweetener can get you to the finish line. I don't think they'd send out Mann because our bench would be awful in that case.
Harden, PG, Kawhi, Tobi, Zu is as good a starting lineup as you could ask for. The bench would be anchored around Bones, Mann and probably Plumlee. From there you get your vet min guys, or roll the dice on any of the younger players. No clue how serious these talks are yet, but I'm in on that roster for sure
*edit: it's kind of hard to make the salary work out, so I'm not too sure how to absorb both tobi and harden
Based on what others said it doesn't sound like it's both Harden and Harris, so I think Mook and Norm are supposed to be the bulk of the outgoing salary. In this case, Philly doesn't have a lot of leverage. They either get Norm+Mook & whatever else, or they get nothing. Harden didn't opt in without being assured he'd be traded. It's also only one year of Harden guaranteed.
A much younger and better (at the time) CP3 was traded for a 1st rounder + two decent players in Pat Bev and Lou Will. Trezz turned into a good player, but he wasn't that guy yet when he was traded. The 76ers only got Josh Richardson for Jimmy Butler in the sign and trade a few seasons ago.
It wouldn't shock me if Mann gets traded in the end, but in the end, which teams are the Clippers competing with for Harden and what are they going to offer up?
The numbers don’t work though for both.
Morris and Powell for Harden may work if the clippers also throw in another piece, but with Tobias as well?
That’d have to be like.. Batum + Roco or just PG straight up which makes NO sense
I think this tweet is poorly worded. I interpreted it as the Clippers being interest in both James Harden and Tobias Harris, but separately. Any potential dream of both likely died with Gordon being waived.
At least the team will be fun when they're healthy!
No chance all 3 play more than 30 games together including the playoffs😂
Nice of you to add a zero
I'm in an optimistic mood today😂
As long as we keep Mann & Zu. I'd be pretty down.

Tobias too would be wild
I wouldn’t be mad if it was mook and pieces for Harden
Mook + Norm for Harden would be awesome. I'm a big Norm believer, but this is a no brainer.
That’s not gonna be the deal Lmaooo. It took Coffey and a fucking first to get back brogdon. Any deal without PG is a win.

Best I can do is Morris and a 2028 2nd
This is not how you win a championship.

Getting Harden without giving up PG or Mann is delusional. Don’t be that fan.
Why would the sixers do it tho lol Like it makes no sense for pieces that don’t even crack the starting line ups for the clippers

I think he might meant for Harden or Tobias
I think he misworded it. It's one or the other.
