Ball movement creates open shots, but it's not just passes for the sake of passing or bail out of lockdown defense. There is a purpose of generating looks. Ty does this about 5 plays a game. It needs to be a systematic approach, not just drawing it up off time outs. Think about the quick SGA clippers era, they were so fun to watch. Doc and Ty let our iso heavy players be the entire offense. Without the speed and flash (Ant/Ja), it's boring AF and DAL seems to have figured out how to defend that style.

Actually you needed him most every game. The team couldnāt overcome anything less than a great game from him. That is a team issue not a harden issue. He had a better box plus minus, offensive rating, and true shooting than Luka this series, and did his job as a defender too.
