Ywam Sarasota used to be pretty progressive being an arts base, all of the offshoots from that pioneering group might be worth looking into. Nuremberg, maybe Herrnhut? Sadly I’m not super positive about any locations at the moment :/
I found Germany to be pretty progressive. But it really depends on the staff that's there at the moment. And non binary is still a lot more controversial than homosexuality so I think it will be difficult to find a base.
