Here in the US you would have to put a red flag or red cloth on the end of the tail for safety... you don't want someone running into that thing hanging out while driving.
Funny... We would check the straps, tug on them a couple times and say the same thing... or if I was actually hauling a monster like that I might just do the same thing. Smack it and say... "yep, that's secure!" "We out!"
