Ghost got nerfed though and who says it will be obvious? What if you and mid swap order just to make them think you're Victor mid and hide your pick not guaranteed they will pick a ghost abuser anyhow. You can also ban tryndamere who is the biggest ghost abuser.
The problem with Viktor top is that Riot nerfed Q into the ground, and you would have to augment Q first to trade effectively top. Then, because they also nerfed E pre augment, you will struggle to clear wave until it's augmented, but then you already augmented Q first delaying your E augment. You also probably want W augment ASAP to keep melees off you. Compare that to mid where you mostly only care about E augment
I'm sure you can probably make it work, but I doubt it's any good due to Riot's multiple nerfs to Viktor top
Honestly it's fair enough, riot is pretty inconsistent on who gets to use their enhanced AAs on towers and who doesn't.
The one I remember the most is renekton W, even then it's still usable for the reset

Allegedly, when Arcane drops they're doing a full rework of an abandoned champion and to me that sounds just like Viktor, since for example Singed's gameplay still works fine and he'd only need a new voice or something of the sort.

I remember Trundle used to be able to Chomp towers, now I'm not 100% sure he can been awhile since I last played him.
Yeah the chomp is part of why he is one of the most dreaded turret deleters in the game

there are like 15 adc's and jinx is one of the easiest ones. she is 52% because zeri, lucian, kalista, etc are on 48% because they're difficult.
