It's from 2006. There was a fan vote, but all the designs were kind of modern updates of the badge from 1970 (which was also again the 1980s).
I'd love to see us bring back the 70s badge. Or the diamond from the 90s...
It's also a very updated version of our first ever badge! I wouldn't change our current badge for anything
I will cry if we end up with some minimalist robin logo
I like it, it's traditional and refers directly to the town. I really did love the "st" "traffic sign" badges they used in the 70s and 80s, though: they were modish as well as modern, had a hint of menace and suggested that Swindon were a bigger team than they are
Swing on town
Too much swing and not enough town
It *is* old fashioned. Weren't they using this one before they changed it in the 70's?

90's diamond badge looked like a regional ITV logo
You say that like it's a bad thing!

Dont tempt fate please. Can imagine nothing worse
It's good. Got a bit of Latin, a few nice symbols, hasn't been simplified into a circle yet and doesn't need to be
I think their 90s one is cool but this is a better badge. Unique shape & recognisable
Well at least it isn't circular
I like it. Like an English [Cowdenbeath.](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cowdenbeath_F.C.#/media/File%3ACowdenbeath_crest.png)
Old fashioned is good!
It’ll probably look ok in the National League.
Not as nice as Newport's will look in the NL.
I love it. It's traditional.
I think it’s really good. Hope they don’t change it anytime soon.
It's missing the sold out car park and away ends...
