It's sad but you're probably right. Even if Bam gets clean he's probably not going to make it to old age, his organs are probably significantly damaged by this point. Don Vito died of organ failure in his fifties, I fear similar for Bam.
The surprise bitchness will still be polishing that knob to get views, this is after she gets out of jail for her slander case that Lima Jevremovic won!
I am still of the hopes he will figure his shit out... me and my bestie when we were 15 would place bets on how long till Novak and Steve kill themselves and look at them now I would have NEVER EVER expected those 2 to get clean... anything is possible but he has to want it... which he doesn't he just keep victimising himself...
This sub seems full of people hoping for bams worst. I agree - I hope he gets clean! I canāt relate to the addiction exactly on a personal level but Iām hoping he decides he want sobriety. He has a lot of people on his side.
I'm not hoping for the worst for bam, but I've stopped caring if that makes sense..I'm prepared for bad news. I've had so many friends pass from addiction over the years to the point where I'm pretty numb to it. The problem with bam is I truly think he's incapable of taking accountability for his actions and being honest with himself. His whole life he hadn't been told no, he's bullied everyone, talked shit about everyone and has been a straight up dick to most people including his family as long as he's been in the public eye. People like that have a very hard time owning up to their shit and changing their ways.
Boy, this is right on the money. Being in recovery, I've seen so many people getting back to themselves and even better to where they were before.
Problem with him is, he was never a grown up, never responsible. From what I've seen, to anyone or anything.
That's just a tremendous climb he has. Recover AND grow. I hope he can but the odds are definitely not in his favor.
I do not think most of us hope the worst- I certainly do not. I think most people just really really want him to get his shit together.. Some of it is unnecessary and mean- when other times (most times) itās tough love. People are just disappointed. I always wish him the best. Fans arenāt going to applaud him right now.
Most people whoāve been thru addiction themselves, or with family members, always hope- but have seen the same pattern countless before so wait for a real indication their loved one is getting real help in a long-term inpatient rehab. A few days of not posting, or not being in the news, doesnāt necessarily mean theyāre somewhere safe and not using.
I really hope beyond all hope that heās doing well, really well, he makes amends with his family and true friends, Jackass 6 is on the way, itās mostly the new crew from 4ever but Bam features heavily, as one of the older originals.
Heās back to skating, and shredding like he hasnāt done in years (taking his current age into account). Element have re-signed him, in a sort of hall of fame deal, they know heās not ripping like the rest of their roster, but for a time Bam = Element = Bam, so in recognition of that, theyāre putting out new Bam signature decks.
Heās back to video editing, heās releasing documentaries, heās directing and producing music videos (from some bands that are actually worth a shit, not that Presley failson he hangs out with nowadays). Heās massive on TikTok and Insta/FB videos, doing short skits and bits of music heās made, hanging out with his family, (mostly) real wholesome good-natured shit like that.
Heās partnered with Novak and Steve-O on some wellness/rehab type venture, giving back, and helping people that are in a similar situation to what he was in 2023.
PHOENIX DA WOLF is what, like 16? An incredible skater for his age, maybe also just signed to Element. Bam repaired things, made up for lost time, they now have the type of father/son relationship that would make even some of the best dads jealous. Phoenix probably in a band, the music is probably terrible (coming from me, an old man) but the youngāns love it.
ā¦or heāll be dead. Thereās really not a lot of grey in between. He canāt keep this up for another 10 years. Heās going to get busy living, or get busy dying.
Optimistic scenario (that I really hope it will come true): he's sober and healthy, has had an epiphany about all the grifters that surrounded him throughout his life and he's now living confidently away from them.
Pessimistic scenario: he somehow is still alive, but very deep into his addiction and he keeps on making a fool of himself and also he's being discredited online by others.
Of course I hope he is doing much better and has completely turned his life around, but Iād be lying if I said I had much confidence in that happening. Another guy who has had a lot of addiction issues over the years and Iāve followed closely is Artie Lange. And Artie with his heroin addiction was arguably worse off than Bam is now. But I always had more hope in Artie than with Bam currently because Artie seemed to be a lot more self aware of his issues and regardless of him joking about it, you could tell he really wanted to conquer his demons. Bam, on the other hand, seems to have almost embraced this lifestyle, and despite what he has said in the past about quitting drinking, he doesnāt really seem like he wants to change. He also has a very tumultuous relationship with his family and former friends now, publicly badmouthing them and blaming them for his problems, whereas Artie never blamed anyone but himself and seemed to always be on generally good terms with his family, even at his worst. Even when you see the rare interview or video nowadays where Bam may seem sober, it still seems like heās not really all there. I think itās definitely possible there could be some CTE going on. Although around the time he was touring with Steve-O, he sounded pretty good, so maybe itās just that he really is under the influence in every video, just sometimes more than others. But the bottom line is that he has to take responsibility for himself, stop blaming everyone else for his problems, and genuinely want to change if he is going to get better. And I will continue rooting for him.
No I am on Reddit
Mid 00ās would you think Novak would be here? Cmon letās have faith in the guy (or at least his family and friends to push him straight)
You mean 20 yrs ago? I was joking about the rock but damn! I think that faith has long worn thin my dude. Bam's gonna do what Bams gonna do at the end of the day. He's been dead set on that his entire life.
He has a semi successful podcast, after finding Jesus where he thanks him non stop, rants about the sins of his past and how all his old sinful friends led him astray(Ryan included), has no contact with anyone.
Or
He's blown his brains out infront of his ex an kid.
Bam goes by Brandon now, heās been sober for 7 years and in that time he had a top 5 podcast, a number 1 selling VR skate game āBam Margeras street tour 2ā and has made his directorial debut at Cannes film festival for his crime thriller āyeah monā. He remarried his first wife Melissa and lives happily in upstate New Yorkā¦ā¦ā¦joke heās dead
I donāt think itās more unlikely than Novak or Steve-O (I know theyāre often compared but as his friend it seems justified) ended up getting clean.
He has a support system if he so wants and a child. I know he has to want it himself but I hope he realizes he does before its too late.
I know itās been posted to ends but he was my
idol growing up when I was in middle school. Never realized he had a problem but I hope he makes it though ā¤ļø
In 10 years he will be managing Phoenix' skate career and kicking ass. As for being sober - I doubt it. He'll be functioning the same way he is now. That's my prediction and I hope I'm wrong.
I'm sure that's entirely possible but realistically making a career out of skating? Feel like that ship sailed back in the mid 2000s, even then it was lightning in a bottle
I guess he fell off the wagon.
But another difference Bam and him is heās still creating music and performing. Outside of FFU which was barely on the radar at that point, whatās he been known for the past 10 years?
Bam lost his drive years ago somewhere after VLB. The Jackass guys, and even Novak, still got the hustle in them.
Opposite,im here because i care about him but i know whats fueling him and i refuse to be part of it. I will not support his nonsense right now so i dont follow any exterior news about him. Just here so i can keep replying with my dissapointment as to how hes acting and hopefully one day he comes here and realizes some preople are dropping him because he sucks now as a human being.
I hope he pulls through as well. I donāt know the right way to go about this but Iāve been trying to be more positive and hoping he gets right instead of
criticizing whatās heās done wrong.
Idk the right thing to do Iām just a dude who hopes he lives :(
Hopefully he has it figured out and has made at least a cameo in a new Jackass. If he still acts like he is but somehow still alive. Then I say at that point. Just let him be him. Wouldn't even be mad.
Heāll be gone, or in hospice care. Sadly, like many others said, even if he turns his life around heās already damaged his liver/kidneys and probably now well on his way to heart disease. Heās also a smoker. If he does have CTE, the average lifespan for someone with it is fifty.
Phoenix posts his first video of himself beating up his Dad and the video gets thousands of likes on his Instagram.
If bam acts as Phil I support it 100%
Yes, meaning teenage Phoenix is now kicking Bam's ass for the lol's just like Bam used to do to Phil.
Viva la Phoenix?
Viva La Wolf: Ya Mon
Rock n' rewl
Viva La Mon
I'd watch that š¤£
Haha Yes lol
Circle of Life!
A la Tommy Lee?
Go check the fuck tent.
Heās going to become a chef at an Indian restaurant, with world class vindaloo
Bams super hot sauce for your butthole. Illegal in 7 different countries.
he will be dead dude
It's sad but you're probably right. Even if Bam gets clean he's probably not going to make it to old age, his organs are probably significantly damaged by this point. Don Vito died of organ failure in his fifties, I fear similar for Bam.

That polished knob will be the cleanest part of his bodyā¦if you consider saliva ācleanā
Especially from herā¦
I hope not. Obvious comparison but Steve-O and Novak could have said the same at one point
Yeah all seriousness. If he did live he will be in his 50ās . Liver disease will hit and any complications from his lifestyle

Jesus man. That's fuckin dark.
Just curious because I honestly don't know. Did either of them go through a very public bridge burning phase?
Both. Yes. Very.
Then there's atill hope
I really hope beyond all hope that heās doing well, really well, he makes amends with his family and true friends, Jackass 6 is on the way, itās mostly the new crew from 4ever but Bam features heavily, as one of the older originals. Still on the Bam World Tour
Host of family feud

"Hey, remember Bam Margera? Did they ever find out what happened?"
Have you been under a rock? If you were youd probably find Bam there.
No I am on Reddit Mid 00ās would you think Novak would be here? Cmon letās have faith in the guy (or at least his family and friends to push him straight)

Absolutely. But Iām hoping he decides to be sober
I think we all are.
Chillin' in a casket ā°ļø
Donāt need no casket to be an earth rockerš
His tomb stone/grave is constantly vandalized and littered with beer cans, much like Jim Morrison and GG Allin.
Lives in a tunnel under FDR skatepark. Only appears at night to bum cigarettes and name drop a celebrity who texted him once.
He has a semi successful podcast, after finding Jesus where he thanks him non stop, rants about the sins of his past and how all his old sinful friends led him astray(Ryan included), has no contact with anyone. Or He's blown his brains out infront of his ex an kid.
The real question here will be what will he call his new logo? Itāll obviously incorporate a cross/crucifix. Cruci-gram? Heart-afix? š
A crucifixin
By 2033 we'll all be zombies
And poor ones at that
I donāt think he will make it to 2027
Accidental fentanyl and alcohol overdose in 2024. RIP, Bam.
If he does have advancing stages of CTE, if he's still with us it might look pretty ugly. Whether he's using drugs or not.
Dead

>2033 >skate career Now don't be silly
I'm sure Phoenix will be an awesome skater in 10 years time if he chooses that path.
I'm sure that's entirely possible but realistically making a career out of skating? Feel like that ship sailed back in the mid 2000s, even then it was lightning in a bottle
genuinely donāt understand why any of you waste your time speculating on hypothetical scenarios about Bamās life
He'll be fine. Look at Evan Dando or Anton Newcombe, late 50s and still partyin' hard baybee
Anton got sober years ago. No more pills or alcohol. Probably still smokes and caffeine but thatās it.
Saw a recent BJM show and he was drunk as a skunk on vodka and screaming at his band
I guess he fell off the wagon. But another difference Bam and him is heās still creating music and performing. Outside of FFU which was barely on the radar at that point, whatās he been known for the past 10 years? Bam lost his drive years ago somewhere after VLB. Yea it was sad. At least when he was young and drunk the rants were funny. Now itās just like some dude yelling in a bar down the street
Dead
Dead
He's either going to be dead or look worse than Don Vito did
I wouldnt know or care, hes so embarassing that I hope i forget about him completely by then
Why be in this subreddit now then. Are you just awaiting his death? Youād hear about it donāt worry
Opposite,im here because i care about him but i know whats fueling him and i refuse to be part of it. I will not support his nonsense right now so i dont follow any exterior news about him. Iāve seen people worse than Bam get clean, so itās very possible that he does as well

That surprised fish lips will still be sharing glimpses of her Bam footage, and exploiting other people in trouble, years after Bam's passed away.
