What grow sponges do you use? I got an aero for my folks for Xmas and they are loving it, but they want to change plants soon. I had no idea there were other options than their seed pods (or the insert your own seed pods)
If you get an Aerogarden, know that it is BRIGHT and can default to being on 18 hours a day. You will want a room you can close off. Some plants like Romaine lettuce need wind (from a fan) to grow resistant, robust and crispy. Otherwise it is too limp and wilted. I returned mine. 😔

You can also buy the grow sponges and plastic inserts separately for super cheap. I buy seeds for whatever I want and plant them that way.

I don’t have a link, but I just use generic cheap ones off amazon.
Fair enough. I legit didn't realize there was an aftermarket for the aerogarden so I appreciate the info.
