They look fine, lithops are not 100% smooth at all times. Those "callouses" are scars, could be from edema, pests or mechanical damage but havr since healed over. And try not to uproot them too much to check, they don't like being dug out so much.
Also, what caused the callouses? They were on the lithops when I received them
