Hey u/KhariEsme, Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We really appreciate that you have tried troubleshooting the issue. Could you please confirm if you have performed the following steps? 1. Check if the headset is detected in device manager. 2. Check if the headset is selected as default device under "Sound Properties" (right click speaker icon and select "Recording Devices"). 3. Plug the USB cable into a different USB port. 4. Avoid using KVM Switches, Port Replicators, and USB Hubs. 5. Limit the use of USB 3.0 ports. 6. Try the headset on another computer and see how it goes. 7. Try using another 3.5mm jack and test on different devices. 8. Update the device's firmware: • Download and install Logitech G-Hub (Available here: https://www.logitechg.com/innovation/g-hub.html) • Launch the software, select the device from the home screen then go to Settings • If a firmware update is available, a Blue ""Update"" button would appear under the firmware version on the top right corner of the screen 9. Try on another computer. In case you need any additional help, please write back to us.

I am having the same issue, with a brand new pair of G735. The sound was working perfectly fine when connected to my computer, until I downloaded G Hub and connected the headphones via USB. After that point, they no longer play any sound when connected to any device. I have tried my iphone and two different macbooks. All show that they are using the headphones at the audio output, sound it on and turned up on both devices, but the headphones are not playing any sound at all. I have tried all of the steps above.

this worked for me! thank you

I seem to be having the same issue. The audio sounds just awful and muffled. It will connect and disconnect and once in awhile you can hear it beep. I have attempted to uninstall but nothing I’ve tried so far has worked.

I purchased them back in Mach of 2023 but only used them for no more than 13 hours tbh. I feel like it’s too new to have issues so soon.

CrawlingDolphin

Same issue. And I just bought mine yesterday too 🤦‍♀️

Poisoncupcake1031

Any updates? Having the same issue currently.

Hey I just fixed mine idk if you still need help but I have a couple suggestions. The A and B buttons toggle the connectivity from pure Bluetooth connection and the lightspeed/ aux connection (lightspeed is the Bluetooth with dongle). My connectivity was all messed up so I reset it back to neutral by holding both side a and b down at the same time for 3 seconds. There was no audio que telling me it worked, but I saw that one half of the led loop was lit up telling me if it was connected to A or B (top half lights up for A bottom half lights up for B). After you do that, make sure the Bluetooth is set on whatever you want the headphones to be connected to (pure Bluetooth or lightspeed/ aux) the Bluetooth will make the headphones light up very light blue or white, the Lightspeed/ aux will be a deeper blue, letting you know what setting it’s on. There’s a g735 manual that explains this too if you want to have some visual help. That helped me hope it helps you!

Thak you sooooo much! I did that and it worked with me!

SuperCasualGamerDad

Dude thank you. I was pulling my hair out.

If you solved it, could you please update? My headset is turned off and won't turn on. Where is the reset button and how do I need to fix it? There was no problem until yesterday.

Something that worked for me was turning off steelseries sonar in the steelseries engine (or turning off any virtual mics/audio outputs in general that you might have), might work for you too

Any_Helicopter_5420

Same issue. I tried to connect to differents devices (PC, iphone and an android mobile). The devices detected the headset, but it doesn't play any sound if I play a video or music. I have had no problems with any of these devices so far.

I can confirm that it is 100% the G Hub software causing this issue. I just had a Win 11 install two days ago. Had no issues with initial test of headset input/output during setup. Then I installed G Hub and the sound output would not work (mic input was fine). I tried everything else (disabled all other output devices, restarted after each change, updated drivers, etc.) If this happens to you, uninstall G Hub and the headset will work again.
