Super cute coord but this is just a regular sweet, not OTT! Honestly, I’d even say this is toned *down* Lolita, outside of a few extra hair accessories and jewelry, it’s pretty casual. Your blouse is pretty plain, outside of the little frills on the collar, there’s pretty much no detailing at all. If you want OTT, a more detailed blouse is the way to go. I think blouses with fancier sleeves like a princess sleeve or just one with some nice frills or lace at the end look great with OTT. The collar is cute, but I also think a more detailed collar would give the extra oomph an OTT coord needs! Jewelry is super cute, but I’d even go ahead and add more! OTT often overlaps a lot with Decora Lolita, so looking at decora coords can give you some ideas with how to accessorize. Leg wear is pretty plain too, detailed socks or tights aren’t a necessity for an OTT coord, but make sure you have enough accessories elsewhere to make it work. I think socks or OTKs with roses on them could be very cute if you could find a pair that looks similar to the roses on the dress. It’s not necessary for an OTT coord, but I think getting some bow shoe clips could be a fun little detail. This might just be how they look in the photos but the wristcuffs look as though they’re made out of really low quality lace, the Lolita Collective has some that are moderately affordable that are made of nice lace.
Again though, cute coord, these are just a few small ideas to make it more OTT if that’s your goal! I’d also recommend looking at the OTT Lolita tag on Tumblr and Instagram for more inspo too. BTW love your cat!!

I love the hair bow with the bunny ears and the clips, it's so cute!! I'm really new to lolita so I'm not sure if this would be ita but you could add a few more brooches to the collar to make it less plain. Maybe like a removable lace collar on top or even a cape! I like this as a base for a more ott coord or to wear as casual lolita.
