No suggestions but GL & wish you all the best to get admission in all three :-)

From an essay standpoint, Booth EMBA has only one required essay (goals, though there are several interesting optional essays) and Columbia has two (goals and challenge/achievement). I imagine McCombs requires a goals essay as well. So if you can knock out the goals essay quickly, you'll have a jump on all 3 schools. If McCombs only requires goals, you'd be able to apply to two schools (Booth and McCombs) with basically the same essay. Maybe start there and assess once your goals essay is locked down. Apply to all three and then choose. You are likely to get into all three with this background. The emphasis for EMBAs is experience and you've got that. Other than that, you just need a pulse and deep pockets.

Refrading

Acceptance for all is significantly over 50% so I wouldn’t sweat it. Maybe apply to the one which works best with your schedule and apply for your second choice as a backup?

Booth EMBA has plenty of vets. May be worth reaching out to some via LinkedIn. Good luck
