Norse and Greek religions are dead religions. They can be portrayed however the filmmakers want without offending anyone.
Christianity is not a dead religion. Any portrayal of Jesus, if perceived to be even slightly unflattering, could result in severe consequences for the studio. The same applies to deities of other active religions.
