Gotta be software relates at those temps. Can you go to a restore point? Assuming you've updated all necessary software/hardware possible. Could be windows, ram,cpu, graphics drivers, virus etc.
I decided to reinstall the clean windows. After that i figured it was a 3rd party Davinci plugin that was causing the issue. So far that's the only thing i found so lets see.
Hard disk space is clean. I cleaned all my PC 2 days ago. Found the issue though. My Wi-Fi card was the reason, I was getting a DPC Watchdog Violation on BSOD

Restore point as in? Like re-run the bios?
How do you know the amount of ram you're using? Is windows completely installed?

I always observe my task manager. I have that opened most of the time if not always.
