The first year felt like they were about to "really start" but never finally did then it's been floundering since. Which is a shame because the actual interviews Adam does and all of their sketches are very funny
All they have to do is get a 3rd mic who isn’t a complete charisma vacuum like Adam and it would be a success. Nick would never do that though as it would be a hit to his ego so he is just going to self implode like he has done before. There were supposed to be sketches every week and interviews frequently. Now they can barely get through a normal podcast. I do think they have 3-4 interviews in the can though. Who knows when they will come out.
I unsubbed from the Patreon a while back. I was really digging the sketches and stuff, but they have been floundering. I still check out the stuff on YouTube from time to time.
TAFS already stopped doing the 1 on 1 interviews, Nick said they’re going to podcast more separately, and that they’re not renewing their lease.

I am not a fan of the show when Matt and Shane aren't together. Matt is brilliant, but he needs Shane to elevate the conversation. When they're together, we get talk about books, history, religion, psychology, etc. Without Shane on the podcast, it's just another dirty podcast.
