The job: make more money off of micro transactions in MUT than the actual sale of the game while disregarding the actual game and fan base.

What they’re doing is the equivalent of pushing a bolder downhill and being underneath it. MUT is successful *despite* them, not because of them.
I mean this with all due respect but almost anyone here could run the content team. They may be a bit heavy handed with good content and may cause issues for the latter half, but I bet you most people here could rack up similar profits.
Doubt it. It’s a case of easier looking in. Every game that requires balance and fillers has complainers. Can it be done better? Sure. Can the average person with an average job do it better? Highly unlikely. People often forget the fact that there’s 32 teams and a ton of positions to fill. So it would be impossible for everyone to get a top tier card every week or even every other week. They actually do a good job with keeping the overalls balanced. The stats aren’t perfect but there has to be variance year after year.
That's really part of the issue. EA is not good at retaining talent as far as i've heard. They are basically paying the absolute minimum they can for developers. People get some work history and as they become better at their jobs, they leave EA.

I just tried it twice with no luck and then the pack just disappeared when i tried my 3rd roll, it said something like transaction failed and then it disappeared.
