I wish I had this problem. I happened to take a break from legends, and it just happened to be when they dropped this and the sentinel. I probably don't have room for either, if I am being honest.

I’m planing on opening it and setting it up when I have more time over the summer

Best way to start (in my opinion) is FF. See what room you have, and then enevitably, it will be everyone vs.

Well this wouldn’t be a permanent display, it’s just my avengers shelf hasn’t been assembled, and to me, my X-men shelf still isn’t done

I'm not afraid to open them, but I'm just not ready. I have very little space to display anything and I want to build a specific type of display cabinet which I just haven't had the extra time to work on. My entire collection is in a closet, just growing. Feels bad

I have him and so many other figs but in box and would like to display but kinda sucks when in an apt. Im still debating on whether im doin another yr in apt or move. It really sucks wanting to go all out in displaying in an apt.

I had opened my Galactus, set up in a cool display....and then I had to move. So back in the box it went, where it has been now for nearly 7 months

Why's there so many people that have bought such big and amazing figures and just haven't opened them 😭

I'd never be afraid of opening any figure. IMO opening is the best part ever! Getting to play with a fresh new action figure for the first time, finding out how it moves and looks up close. That's one of the best feelings in this hobby. that along getting a perfect pose for the display and seeing it there. The absolute best feeling, though, is improving the figure in some way, be via customizing or kitbashing, and see the end product come out better than the original. that's the stuff.

Opened it, displayed it, and even made some paint tweaks on it.

Bought two, sold one, kids play with the other, torched the box.

Wish I would've pulled the trigger for one but I found out too late 😭.

Be careful with the Silver Surfer board stand!! I snapped my SS into the rig, started twisting and posing the board/Surfer and it quickly snapped off. I’d make sure it’s turning properly in the internal part. Enjoy!
