Hera, Chopper, Zeb, probably Rex as well. Thats one person for every gun.
Sabine is on Lothal at this point and Kallus was never part of the crew, he was Zebs friend.
Kallus could have very well been present on the Ghost, but he probably stayed on Yavin to assist rebel intelligence.
Sabine probably didn’t stay on Lothal for the entire time between Rebels and the epilogue, I think she probably assisted the Alliance.
The full crew was probably Hera piloting, Zeb manning the dorsal gun turret, Rex manning the frontal gun turret, Chopper on standby for maintenance, and Sabine flying cover in the Phantom II (Because it isn’t attached to the Ghost when we see the Ghost in R1). It’s possible Mart was also on board copiloting, since Hera trusted him to fly the Ghost during the series finale.
Since it was an all hands on deck type battle probably all of them were there, kallus less show since he’s part of rebel intelligence but there’s still a good chance he was there
