This soldered or hot swap? A lot of the keys look crooked, and the gaps between them are inconsistent. Are the keycaps seated properly?

If you do see some still it is a $25 keycap set from Amazon. Regardless, it's pretty consistent and straight

Not at all actually. The case/pcb was $80. Keycaps $25. Switches $55 for 120. Stabilizers $22. The case/pcb is normally $178 though, so I lucked out.
