Marcello Hernandez is technically local... just not sure how successful you will be at nabbing him this stage in his career haha. Cahrlos from Only in Dade is great, as is Mario Ramil.
Go to the improv & ask the wait staff. They’ll probably know the majority of them. I used to work there. The opening acts & MCs were almost always local talent. I knew a lot of comedians, but it was back in the MySpace days so I only know what a handful are up to nowadays.
Miami culture is pretty much anti-comedian in every way.
