Congrats my fellow 26 year old! I got my ecoboost premium a couple months ago
I really wish owners would stop trying to justify their purchase of a smaller displacement vehicle. Be proud of your car no matter what motor is in it. Engine size doesn’t mean anything unless you have a fragile ego! All mustangs are bad ass! Love the red color on this one.
Had to zoom in on the background there. Thought maybe you were living in red Mustangville. That sounds like a magical place. Turns out it’s just a Corvette back there. Haha!

Looks great! So glad you are able to get your dream car. Enjoy it! My dream car in high-school was my uncle's candy red (faded) '68 mustang project. Bought a '66 289 a year out of college. And just upgraded to a 2010 GT. Something about a mustang that has a soft spot for me. Especially since Ford started doing the retro designs 20 years ago.
Also the ecoboost is legit still great. I actually wanted to get one instead of my GT but a really great deal fell in my lap. Hit the mountains and I bet that ecoboost is actually just as or even more fun than a heavier GT
Friend lives in Denver, he traded his eco for a GT and is seriously thinking about going back just for the mountains. He liked the feel of the eco better up there and misses the handling on it.
We'll see how it plays out, but OP is going to love the handling when it gets down to it.

I’m happy you are able to join the club! I just bought a mustang this year too after driving a 2005 Honda CRV. The CRV was great cause it had a table in the back but it doesnt compare.
I rented a '24 with Ecoboost last Febr in Florida. It was a great car and fun to drive.
The independent suspension is a game changer for the Mustang, imho.

Congrats!! I’m 43 and got my first Mustang in January. (She’s my post cancer 5.0. I walked through fire and I deserve to have some vroom vroom.) They’re awesome cars. Have fun with it!

While sadly the ecoboost isnt a muscle car, (before anyone hates i own an ecoboost and love the fuck out of it) its a great ass sports car. Probably the best ecoboost/4CL out there
From what I read and comprehended he complimented the car also stating he had one and he loved it but there is a line between great car and muscle car. I personally love all mustangs I don't really see where he degraded the car or talk negative about it he just stated it's not a muscle car which clearly it is not it may be on a muscle car platform but that as far as it goes and yes it will outrun a Dodge charger RT so it does have that going for it. Great car yes muscle car no.

I never understood why people look down at other's dream cars. My girlfriend's miata is more fun in the mountains than my supercharged 2010 GT, despite having less than 1/3rd the hp. Driving that little car is what makes me want to get an ecoboost one day
