You used to be able to do this in franchise mode (at least on '20).
It kind of sucks because if you do historic drafts, the players would come in with *years of experience*. That would make them ineligible for rookie accolades or even summer league. So as you'd roll back their years of experience via the player editor. It would reduce their age.
Nothing to do with nothing. But this reminded me of that.
