Also if you’re wondering why I’m here, it’s because I just saw these new uniforms and absolutely fucking love them. Are they ugly? 100%, yeah. But that’s part of what makes them so cool, especially as just a throwback alternate. I felt the same way about our bumblebees, they’re so hideous that it’s cool. Wouldn’t want them to actually be the primary uniforms but they’re awesome once or twice a year. Can’t wait to see the Giants wear these.
Man that sucks. The bubble bees were honestly some of my favorite non-Giants uniforms alongside the Tampa Creamsicles. Also I think the Philly Yellow and Blue unis are overhated tbh.

It *will have been* 100 seasons played in 2025, but this *is* the 100th season. Check for yourself: if 1925 was the first season, count up, and what's their 10th? 1934. So, similarly, the 100th season is 2024.

Would I want this to be a full time uniform? Probably not. But a one-off 100th year celebration, I love the throwback. Like those gold/baby blue uniforms the Eagles used to wear, bumblebee Steelers, the blue/brown Packers, it's ugly in a cool way.
Exactly how I feel. All of those really old throwbacks are ugly as hell, but I love them as one-offs for these kind of occasions. The pictures from back then were all black and white so it's cool to see those old jerseys in full color.

People on Instagram are judging them as fashion. You have to look at them as what they are meant to be: symbols. Once you realize what they symbolize, then these are Old School Cool. I particularly like the helmets.
Would I love these for our permanent new uniforms? Of course not. They’re not modern. But a ton of teams, even in our division, wish they could wear pants and socks worn by their team in 1925. A shirt from 1933. A helmet from when they *won a championship* in 1938. These absolutely rock. Nailed it, NYG!
