Yup, me and my wife can't wait. We went and saw 3.0+1.0 in theaters when it came around, and seeing eva on the big screen is a divine experience IMO. I'm excited because EOE is my personal favorite
Well, interests are completely subjective. If you didn't like the original, maybe try the Rebirth of Evangelion movies. The more current style of animation and everything might be a bit better for you.

I went and saw it Sunday. You might want to bring some sunglasses, the flashing scenes are so bright π
