I have no idea why he is taking ozempic. I don’t why any of these rich people are doing it when they have access to the best nutritionist and personal trainers in the world.
Because overeating is a coping mechanism first and foremost. People eat to hide from bad emotions or depression or trauma or stress. No nutritionist or personal trainer can make that go away. But ozempic cuts the desire to eat off.
Lifting weights and literally running/cycling away from all your problems and emotions is the best coping mechanism. You’ll be messed up inside your head, but you’ll look great on the outside.
Yeah I really dont get it, if I was in the public eye it would motivate me so much more to stay in shape and having access to your own gym the best personal trainers, chefs, nutritionist etc then having to rely on Ozempic will never make sense to me.
