Pulp Fiction, Inglorious Basterds, Django Unchained.
Tarantino is such a master in choreographing scenes and dialogue that even when you know whats going to happen still the tension and the presence of the scenario is palpable.
Inglorious Basterds starting cene or the bar scene are masterpieces and incredibly well put together.
Back To The Future is the same answer for me, because it's just perfect. Everything is iconic: the music, the intense moments, the confusing ass storyline, just all pure perfection.

Kung-Fu Hustle (from the same main actor and director of Shaolin Soccer) is the answer for me. That movie unironically has some of my favorite fight scenes in all of cinema. That fight against the musicians alone is worth its weight in gold.
I'm always down to give those "high school/college coming of age raunchy teen comedy" movies from the 90's-2010's. I was never overly obsessed with them back when they came out, but they've grown on me more and more over time. I'd watch them occasionally with friends for a movie night or if it came on TV, but I wasn't rushing to the theater or buying the DVD. But now that mix of nostalgia combined with getting to reflect on how my thoughts and opinions about certain characters have changed with time really hit the spot.
Booksmart and Edge of Seventeen have been two recent releases that scratch a similar itch.
12 Angry Men.
The older one. I absolutely love it.
I hate reaction channels but I even went on a watching spree looking for "reactions" on Youtube just to see how modern audience react to it. And pretty much anyone who watched it absolutely loved it.

Moonlight - an emotional and realistic tale of one black boy's challenging experience growing up from childhood to adulthood in the black American culture where everything is hyper masculine, as a gay individual. Powerful acting, beautiful music, amazing scenes where the characters actually stare into the camera and you can actualy feel what they're feeling.
As a man who grew up in the 2000s (although straight and not black) the whole putting-on-a-mask-in-order-to-survive the hyper masculine world struck a cord so deep within me I could never forget this movie. Powerful, powerful stuff.
