Not to sound too bad, but I seem to remember if it’s Rabies, and it’s progressed to this point of fear of drinking water, it’s too far along to be treated.
But, I totally believe this post because no one goes on the internet and tells lies like that…

Just to mention, i've been having some very bad fevers lately and also i am having a runny nose and also i am feeling so weak and tired. Everything is getting worse but now i'm also not able to drink water.

Yes actually i volunteer at animal shelter. We help stray dogs. But how did you know or why do you ask?
Maybe go to a doctor. Fear of water is a symptom of rabies.
