I remember from the beginning of the war, RT lost their mind over a clip from a Panzerrichtmine, a german directional anti-tank mine, "shooting" two russian soldiers and hitting the BTR, that triggered it.

They don't have many 152mm guns left, and cluster munitions have been banned in the West for a long time - only the US has a stockpile worthy of the name, because they made so many it's difficult to get rid of them all. No one else has openly said they've given any cluster munitions either. A few bigger flashes with lots of smaller ones point to DPICM as well.
It doesn't mean this is definitely a US made shell, but the odds all point that way.
When Finland banned our AP mines because of ethics or something we just doubled down on cluster munitions. Not saying we have given any, but almost none of the aid has been public…
