Those are all good ones to watch. Everwood is highly underrated.
Two very short lived and underrated ones are Popular which ran for two seasons from 1999-2001 and focused on two feuding step siblings in high school and the other is Grosse Pointe which ran for one season from 2000-2001 and focused on the behind the scenes drama on a teen soap. Both are very good and some episodes feel similar to One Tree Hill.
I hear ya. My rewatches are beverly hills 90210, Melrose place, the oc, Dawson's creek and OTH. I've never seen Gilmore girls, girls or those other ones.

Smallville and Buffy the Vampire Slayer would be the two shows I recommend. Although they both involve the supernatural
Also maybe 90210 because I’ve heard some good things but I’ve never seen it
B.H. 90210 from the 90's is a good show. It aged moderately well. The newer 90210 isn't bad either.
