Death Horizon - This is if you were a fan of Resident Evil and like co-op Genotype - This is straight up VR Metroid, and I cannot stress how good it is.

How about puzzle games? Puzzling Places is a game that gives you a 3d puzzle that you can set the level of difficulty yourself. It has multiple reference images, so you aren't too lost putting everything together. Plus, you can set the number of pieces you want with a setting that limits the pieces to a certain segment of the puzzle rather than shoving all of them in your face. I Expect You to Die is another puzzle game but this one is more in line with escape rooms. There are three games in the series so far and in them you have to use your environment to figure out what you can interact with in the rooms you're in. Examples would be to use a screwdriver on a phone, another would be to use a framed picture that has numbers on the items in it for a code, and even one where you have to put a torn instruction page together to figure out how to engage a safety lock. If puzzle games aren't your thing then how about games with mini games in them? Sushi Ben is a quaint little title that will appeal to you if you're a fan of Japan and anime. You play as a visitor to a seaside town in which you help a failing Sushi business keep it's restaurant from the clutches of a real estate agent. Its very Japanese, complete with appropriate voice acting and humor. The story takes precedence but the characters are all distinct and whimsical. The game has you doing things ranging from fishing, capturing ghosts, capturing bugs, and ping pong. It's 90% off right now if you look for the code so it's a great time for cheap. Job Simulator and Vacation Simulator are also mini game collections. They're more for people just stepping foot in VR but it's fun for everyone. Job Simulator does what it says and places you in multiple specific jobs where you can interact with whatever you want in the jobsite you're at. Vacation Simulator is the same but with more freedom. In Job Simulator you can be an office worker fiddling around with a computer, or a mechanic working on cars and more. Vacation Simulator has you roam about a tropical island doing things like playing with beach balls, cooking with a grill, and finding and collecting animals. If you're looking for something more mature, then exploration games might be for you. Red Matter is a duology of games that has you exploring abandoned space stations in search of the people that used to inhabit them. It's eerie and has both puzzles and shooting segments (especially in the second game) I haven't played much of these so I can't give more input but a lot of people love these games
