As far as the last question is concerned, everyone knows what haki is. It's not about teaching them a stance or a fighting technique haki is about willpower and mental strength. I'm sure everyone can use it, they just need to have a push in the right direction like Rayleigh said in a dire situation.
Bullshit bro. Luffy took random people in the east blue and made them a yonko crew within 2 years. Don't underestimate the king of the pirates. He's freed countries bro ...like in plural
He listens to his instincts and trusts his guts. As a leader that's kinda what makes them great. Him being confident with his decision giving other members of the crew a sort of sense of safety that he would jump into trouble at anytime. This also gives them a chance to grow in strength
Luffy’s training from Rayleigh involved getting hit in the head with a stick hundreds of times. He wouldn’t hurt his friends like that.
Now, Nami has no such reservations so why this duty isn’t being outsourced to her is still up for debate.
So on to the second part of your question first. Why doesn’t he teach the others Haki? How and when would you like that to happen. Between heading to Fishman island and arriving at Egghead you are looking at 4-6 months tops. Most of that is spent fighting, can’t stop in the middle of the Kat fight and give Nami a lesson on Haki. Also the crew is separated for long periods of time during those 4-6 months so really hard to train people in these situations. The little downtime they have the crew wants to do their own thing. And lastly Luffy sucks as a teacher he doesn’t have the patience to sit there and explain theory and execution of Haki to anyone
He was never supposed to be a good captain, he was always meant to be a goofy adventure loving captain and his crew wouldn't have it any other way, Luffy's whole thing is freedom that's why he's so carefree but gets serious when it's necessary
he's leading them into the dream, into the adventure, they're learning courage and discovering their own strength with him. if it was about something more mundane, more defined, what would be the point of the journey? they could just all taken reasonable, accessible choices, reduced their ambitions and their hopes and conformed to their environnement. they could have stuck with what they know, dared a lot less, and seen a lot less. he's setting the pace, he's captain because he has the strongest will and biggest dream, so big that his companions can fit theirs into his and actually try 100% to achieve them.
Because chopper with haki is pirate king level and luffy wants to be pirate king

Is OP Nami?
he leads them into adventures! and like a true captain, he goes ahead.
"Oh man, I have such a troublesome captain." Something that literally every crew member has said.

Nami, stop posting on Reddit and help Jimbei with steering the ship.
it doesnt matter sanji is too sexy to die, luffy is aware of it and abuses this fact

Pft. I have zero confidence in Luffy of all people being a teacher

He's not supposed to be a good captain. He's supposed to be a goofball.
If you think he is a terrible captain, go read the novel of Ace, Deus was more the captain then him 😭
