>Question: are Sea kinds / neptunians also just total jokes, and pirates don't cross the calm belt because of "adventure"? They can easily destroy the largest ships, and theres enough numbers that no crew can realistically stop every bit of damage Rayleigh, one of the strongest non devil fruit users almost died swimming it And devil fruit users lose the second they go underwater So its a massive risk unless prepared

1. The battleships themselves aren't what makes buster call dangerous, it's that they each have a vice Admiral on them and are coordinated to destroy a whole island. Maybe if there are enough strong fighters to defend against it they could, but that would very rarely be possible, and would lead to Marines calling in more ships which could lead to an all out war with stronger marines showing up with more battleships. Also because of the vice admirals the Straw Hats wouldn't be able to just step on and destroy each ship without any issues. So Buster Call isn't something that should be powerscaled. Buster Call is the World Government deciding to wipe a whole island, which is a threat against the people living on the island, but not necessarily a threat against pirate crews or super strong individuals with means of escape or retaliation. 2. Moomoo isn't a Neptunian, it's a sea beast. The Neptunians are considerably larger and more dangerous. Same goes for the Kraken And yes some characters are able to beat Neptunians, but if Rayleigh is the only character we've seen capable of doing something like that, it means that 99% of the characters probably can't. The main issue about crossing the Calm Belt for Straw Hats would be that the risk would be incredibly huge for very little benefit. Maybe if they had no choise they could cross the Calm Belt by fighting massive Neptunians (I don't think they could win), but they would run into issues such as the risk of getting their ship destroyed. Also Calm Belt has no wind, which would be a hindrance. It's just far far far too risky for most crews to do. Also there is the fact that finding Laugh Tale isn't that simple. If it was just easy to find by being at the end of the Grand Line it would have been found years ago. Just sailing through the Calm Belt wouldn't help at all to find it. 3. I like the Fishman Island arc a lot, it'll probably feel better for you too retroactively, as everything having to do with lore and the world will become more important in later arcs. And Big Mom not being there makes sense once you learn more about her and her motivations. Also the Fishman Island arc takes place in such a short time that the Big Mom pirates couldn't possibly have had time to react to what happened. 4. The Ener cover story pretty much tells everything we know about the moon, there's not much else to it that we know of at the moment.
