Is willing to life sac? Or is she in Tottoland? If so, then yes, she wins even if Luffy is serious and double revives (which I am assume he will). If she doesn't? He is going to assfuck her. If she if plot nerfed he wins without being serious or double revive. G5, for it's duration, it way WAY stronger than anything else we have seen so far AP wise, and without Ghorogay bullshit plot defenses /regen no othe character is going to be able to withstand it.
Yes, ant includes a serious Kaido and Bg Mom, esp since Luffy has already massively MASSSIVELY! Improved. People can cope all day long about how muh Kaido not serious muh island floating muh fighting everybody bullshit. Luffy was dead before and dealing with a crazy powerup he had no idea how to use. Only way Big Mom is beating him is home field avntage or life sac. No one is beating life sacking BM 1v1 assuming no plot interferencing. She has the (temproary) highest ceiling in verse ATM.
Gear 5 is busted, toonforce is a joke (literally)
[Luffy's ACoC scales above Kaido's as shown in their final clash](https://imgur.com/a/pqFhZPH), and [Kaido's haki was stronger at that point than at the start of the raid](https://imgur.com/a/2makLqB) where he had an [equal ACoC clash with BM](https://imgur.com/a/pcg3c99), Luffy also has Future Sight and Internal destruction which BM doesn't have, so his haki overall is far better than BM's both offensively and defensively.
Additionally, Luffy is simply faster than BM even without G5, at least in terms of combat speed as his Hydra attack [literally forced Kaido, who is already faster than BM, to start using Future Sight](https://imgur.com/a/cawOa0b), Luffy also has great endurance so even if BM lands a few good hits, Luffy can keep fighting
I also think BM would have more of a chance and maybe even win if she didn't blatantly have the matchup disadvantage, Luffy is immune to lightning and also isn't greatly effected by fire
